These terms apply to website design and related services provided by Digitally Made Agency. By submitting an enquiry or agreeing to a project, you accept these terms.
Submitting an enquiry through this website is a request for information only. It is not a confirmed booking and no payment is taken at that point. A project begins once scope, pricing and these terms are agreed in writing by both parties.
Each package includes a set number of pages and revisions as described on the website. Additional pages, features or revisions beyond the agreed scope are quoted separately before any extra work begins. The number of revisions included is counted from the first full design presentation.
Project fees, payment schedules and accepted methods are agreed in writing before work starts. For most projects, a deposit is required to begin, with the balance due before or on launch unless otherwise agreed. Late payment may delay delivery or launch.
The client is responsible for providing text, images, logos and other content needed for the website in a timely manner. If content is not provided, the project may be paused or additional charges may apply. We can help structure and tidy supplied content as part of the agreed scope.
Once the project is fully paid for, the finished website and its content become the client's property. If the client no longer wishes to use our ongoing services, we can transfer the website, domain and full responsibility for maintenance and hosting to the client, provided any outstanding charges have been settled and the receiving platform or registrar supports the transfer.
Optional ongoing services such as the Website Care Plan are billed separately. If a client chooses to stop paying for ongoing hosting, maintenance or care-plan services, we reserve the right to suspend or remove access to those services and are no longer responsible for updates, security, backups or uptime of the website.
Domain registration and renewal fees, where managed by us, must be kept up to date. If renewal fees are not paid, the domain may expire and become available for registration by someone else. We are not liable for loss of a domain due to non-payment or incorrect contact details.
Either party may cancel a project before work has begun, in which case any deposit may be refunded at our discretion. Once work has started, charges for work completed up to the point of cancellation will apply. Major changes to scope after agreement may require a revised quote and timeline.
We aim to deliver a high-quality website that meets the agreed scope. Our liability is limited to the total amount paid for the project in question. We are not liable for losses caused by third-party services, platform downtime, or issues arising from content or materials supplied by the client.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute will be dealt with by the courts of England and Wales.
